Madeleine Jurkiewicz ’13

Lily and Madeleine Jurkiewicz share their talents at an all girls songwriting camp this summer. The camp runs from July 7-11, from 9 AM- 5 PM each day at the Palladium in Carmel, IN.

Lily & Madeleine are on tour in 2014! Tonight they perform for Happy Hour with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. And next week they’ll be at the Do317 Lounge on Friday and Saturday.

Nick Boyce ’11

Nick Boyce, class of 2011 is a part of the Wabash College cross country team who just won the Great Lakes Regional Championship! Congratulations to Nick and the Wabash cross country team.

Charlie Cain, ’13, plays with Indianapolis Philharmonic

Charlie Cain, class of 2013, began playing the string bass halfway through his sophomore year at Bishop Chatard.  With the help of the BCHS band director Dan Haag and Charlie’s instructor David Murray, Charlie went on to receive gold at ISMA (Indiana State Music Association). Nolan Miller, ’11

#43 for Aurora University Men’s Lacrosse is Nolan Miller, class of 2011. Nolan and his team not only won the Midwest Lacrosse Conference championship, they also played in the NCAA Division 3  tournament and went to the Sweet 16!

Alumni Supporting Alumni

Wenclewicz Insurance (Mark Wenclewicz ’98 and Scott Wenclewicz ’02) is excited to sponsor recent Bishop Chatard High School graduate Rob Dury (’13) in the 2013 Grange Insurance All-Star Classic! Dury will join with other top Indiana high school football players to compete in a north vs. south battle on July 19th at North Central High School. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. Proceeds from the game annually benefit both Camp Riley, a camping facility near Martinsville designed specifically for children with physical disabilities, and the Indiana Football Hall of Fame.

Lily and Madeleine, ’13, on Tour!

Shooting music videos, a duet with a music icon, a concert tour and press are quite a way to kick off summer vacation! Bishop Chatard Alum, Madeleine Jurkiewicz ’13 and her sister Lily will be singing June 8 at the Deluxe in Old National Center in Indianapolis, before leaving for a summer concert tour! Known as “Lily & Madeline” the singing duo has also had the honor of performing a duet with John Mellancamp on the soundtrack for his musical, “Ghost Brothers of Darkland County”. Lily & Madeline have signed with Asthmatic Kitty, an independent record label, with their CD release of “The Weight of the Globe” June 11th. Casey Williamson, ’11, Player of the Year

Casey Williamson, class of 2011,  was named conference Player of the Year as an outfielder for the University of Indianapolis Softball Team. As a sophomore,   Casey earned All-American honors after hitting .455 with 21 doubles and 55 RBIs last season.
