BCHS alumna Marjorie Tucker sends us this info about her new adventure:

Michelle (Jones) Boyd, ’89, accepts new position
Michelle accepted the position as principal of Our Lady of Grace Catholic School in the Diocese of Lafayette. She has 23 years in education with 11 in administration at Catholic schools. This year, Michelle and Bryan (BCHS Class of ’88) have their oldest son attending BCHS. Three more to come! Welcome back to BCHS, Michelle and Bryan!
Ann Bourque, ’84, accomplished artist
Ann (Wagner) Bourque, BCHS Class of 1984, shares that, as an accomplished artist, her artwork has been featured in solo exhibitions, as well as public and private gallery showing. She also sells her work online nationwide.

Ann enjoys donating her work to her parish for display and for fundraising events. She is a member of Fine Art America and contributes to many online art blogs and forums. She also teaches art, grades 1-12 and recently finished a post-grad minor in studio art.
Barney Wood, ’82, wins 2nd Emmy Award
Congratulations to Barney Wood, BCHS Class of 1982, who was recently awarded his second Emmy! Wood, Founder and President of Wood Innovative Group, LLC received the honor at the 2015 Emmy Celebration in Indianapolis. Wood accepted the award in the Emmy category of “Crafts: Lighting – Studio and Location”. The award was for his set lighting for a show called Comcast Newsmakers. The set was in the Ft. Wayne Grand Wayne Center.
Alumni Finalists for Excellence in Education Award
We are proud to announce two of our alumnae, BCHS Director of Academic Support, Beth Brogan, BCHS Class of 1986 and Alice Mattingly, St. Pius X Teacher, BCHS Class of 1975 have been named 2 of the 8 finalists for the Saint Theodora Excellence in Education Award. This is the highest honor for a Catholic educator in the Archdiocese.
