Shooting music videos, a duet with a music icon, a concert tour and press are quite a way to kick off summer vacation! Bishop Chatard Alum, Madeleine Jurkiewicz ’13 and her sister Lily will be singing June 8 at the Deluxe in Old National Center in Indianapolis, before leaving for a summer concert tour! Known as “Lily & Madeline” the singing duo has also had the honor of performing a duet with John Mellancamp on the soundtrack for his musical, “Ghost Brothers of Darkland County”. Lily & Madeline have signed with Asthmatic Kitty, an independent record label, with their CD release of “The Weight of the Globe” June 11th.
