Keith Boggs, BCHS Class of 1975, boxing promoter and trainer, has played a pivotal role in the growth and organization of amateur boxing in Indiana. His passion for the sport and the excitement of a well-executed event led him to a longstanding career in boxing promotion.
As the organizer of Indiana’s annual Golden Gloves tournament—one of the most prestigious events in the boxing—Boggs oversees six consecutive weeks of competition from March to April. Beyond promoting, he has dedicated himself to training and developing young athletes, including those with special needs.
In addition to his contributions to boxing, Boggs is a nationally-ranked karate athlete and holds a third-degree black belt.
