Congratulations to Emma Kennedy, BCHS Class of 2018, on her selection to the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District® VII Division III Women’s At-Large Team. Emma is rising senior at DePauw University and midfielder on the women’s lacrosse team there.

A biochemistry major with a 4.00 cumulative grade point average, Kennedy was an all-North Coast Athletic Conference selection in 2021 as she helped the Tigers to a 6-4 overall record.

She holds the program’s career record with 124 draw controls and is tied for third with 89 career goals and is sixth with 99 points. Her 32 goals and 34 points this season were second on the team and she also holds the DePauw single-season record with 57 draw controls in 2019.**

Congratulations to Sarah Fulton, BCHS Class of 2016, who began her first year of teaching at Our Lady of Grace Catholic School in Noblesville. She teaches middle School English Language Arts as well as Religion. She also graduated from Ball State in 2020 with Honors.

Congratulations to Alison Graham, BCHS Class of 2013, who was recently named the inaugural Secular Society Investigative Fellow at Roanoke Times. With this fellowship, Alison will be able to continue her investigative reporting on topics concerning social services issues in the state of Virginia.
