Congratulations to Nick Schellinger, BCHS Class of 2001, who was recently named the American Heart Association’s 2024 Leader of Impact for the state of Indiana and runner-up nationally.

Nick raised $250k in 7 weeks for the campaign which is almost 3x the previous record set by an Indiana nominee. It is also only the third time in the history of the campaign that an individual raised 6 figures. Nick experienced a stroke in 2023 that motivated him to try and drive positive change in this area.
